I had a wonderful vacation at a beachfront villa in September. The accommodation was excellent and the beach was pristine. The villa owners were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a great holiday experience. I'll definitely recommend this villa.

Just a few miles from Split, very closed to a nice beach with a couple of nice bar/restaurants
limited choice for breakfast ,room quite small and too closed to a main road.

The owners were very helpfull and the room was in a good condition. It was only a short bus ride from Split city centre and was about 50m from a nice quiet beach. I had never stayed in an apartment before but I will be doing so again in future as I rarely use hotel facilities anyway! The room was nice and it had a large balcony. I would recommend Villa Pinocchio for people who like to head out on day excursions and not just lounge around poolside.

I absolutely loved the elegant and spacious apartments at Villa Pinocchio! The decoration was so charming and really made me feel like I was staying in a traditional Mediterranean home. The general areas of the hotel were also beautifully maintained, and I especially enjoyed spending time on the large terraces with their stunning sea views. As a senior woman, I really appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The easy access to the beach and the surrounding area made it effortless for me to enjoy walks along the shore and explore the nearby restaurants and bars.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance and support. While they were friendly, I found that sometimes they were not as attentive or accommodating as I would have liked.

The staff were considerate enough to give us a bigger room because it was empty and they thought we would be more comfortable. They also graciously helped with checking out and helping us when we returned late at night.
The room we booked, when we eventually went back to it for the last night proved to be small but ok. The only problem with it was the bed in the single room. The bed was terrible and I did not get a good nights sleep.

I had an amazing stay here! The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the easy access to the beautiful beach just steps away. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking available and was located near a bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
Nothing to mention.

Tried rafting on the Cetina River, had a blast! Villa Pinocchio is right on the beach in Podstrana. So many yummy restaurants to choose from. Enjoyed the BBQ and picnic area. Wi-Fi kept me connected, because, you know, that's important. Loved the safety features, felt secure. Played tennis and tried golfing, so fun! Close to Cathedral of Saint Domnius and Split Riva.
Pfft, can't complain, everything was just perfect.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel near Split airport, Villa Pinocchio, for a few days. The staff, particularly Zlatko and his wife, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The fully renovated rooms were spacious and had a lovely terrace. Despite being close to the main road, the noise was minimal with the windows closed and the air conditioner working well. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the proximity to the beach was unbeatable. The breakfast served was satisfactory and the location provided easy access to local amenities and activities. The owner was always responsive and made us feel welcomed with refreshing drinks upon arrival. a top property!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at a beachfront hotel with tasty food, fun activities, and free Wi-Fi. Loved feeling safe with fire extinguishers and a security system. Plus, being next to a golf course was just perfect for me!
Oh, I just hated the possibility of trying out rafting on the Cetina River! So disappointing.

Villa Pinocchio offers a great location for families with kids. Situated just a short walk away from the beach, it provides easy access to the pristine pebble beach where kids can have fun building sandcastles and playing in the crystal-clear water. The apartment rooms are clean and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay for families. The friendly and helpful owners go above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs, offering airport transfer services and even providing juice, tea, and coffee in the garden for late flights.
One minor downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, as some guests reported being able to hear noise from the hallway.
